This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through www.kuppt-up.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order processing and shipping
- Processing time: All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday), not including weekends or holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for personalized or custom orders. After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping time: Shipping time varies based on the method chosen at checkout and your location. Please note that these are estimates, and occasional delays can occur due to high-volume periods or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
- Order cutoff time: Orders placed after
12pm CSTwill be processed the following business day (Business Days = Monday thru Friday).
- Lost or Damaged Items: If your tumbler arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email. Please include your order number and photos of the dated items and packaging in your email. We will work with you to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
