Return Window:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of the purchase date to request a return.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Personalized or custom-engraved items are not returnable.
How to Initiate Return:
To start a return, you can contact us at kupptuptumblersandmore@gmail.com and please provide your order number and a description of the reason for your return. Return address will be provided after return has been confirmed via email.
Shipping and Refunds:
You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damage and Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt to kupptuptumblersandmore@gmail.com.. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
